Redesign of how Help/Assistance is used throughout our product line

For this project, I led the Research and Design on creating a modern way of centralizing Help, Content, and Upgrade experiences. This project began on the research-backed problems to be solved that the current methods use proved cumbersome to our clients. We created concepts that included an in-app, context specific help menu (including assistant), upgrading with a couple of clicks (which prior involved an entire implementation team), video/walkthrough support along with easy to digest content, a rating system for new features, and analytics for internal usage to show click/workflow tracking, time on page, time on task, and other KPI’s.
