Redesign of Patient Portal Desktop

For this project, I led the Research and Design on to reimagine the existing patient portal(s). This was an interesting project due to us taking two existing portals (one through acquisition), melding them together and reimagining the new portal holistically. It was rated #3 of Best in KLAS (designation given to a healthcare technology and service company ranked by healthcare providers).
